Santa Airlines – Safest in the Business

I can't believe Christmas is just a couple of days away. I thought it would never get here. What makes me nervous more than Christmas, though, is how many airline disasters and near-disasters their have been lately. Last week an airplane crashed off Miami killing all on board. Also a Jet Blue flight landed with its landing gear cockeyed.

This week, there was a Learjet with mechanical problems in Chicago circling and radioing for help with 9 people on board and a Midwest Airlines jet flew into Boston’s Logan International Airport with sparks flying from its fault right rear landing gear. Next, week I fly to New York City to bring in the New Year. Perhaps, I should call upon Santa's elfin aeronautical engineering team to pre-check the Jet Blue flight I'll be on. I’m pretty sure that Santa's crew has the best flying record in aviation history. I can't remember a single case of Rudolph's hoof turning sideways on touch down.
